Our recipes are formulated for adult maintenance including adults and senior dogs. Other brands are designed for all life stages. Meaning puppies get less nutrionists then they require. While adult dogs get less then they deserve.

How Does Tail & Tiller Delivery Work?
After completing your dog’s personalized meal plan, your meals will be freshly prepared, frozen, and delivered directly to your doorstep within our Minnesota delivery zone. You can pick between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Delivery days. At delivery frequency of your choice.
How Long Do I Have To Freeze My Meals?
Your meals will arrive frozen at your door. They may arrive slightly thawed but still cold. That is ok they are still safe for use. If for any reason they arrive warm contact our customer support team and we will get fix your order. They are designed to stay at safe temperature inside packaging for 12-24 hours.
Where Do You Currently Deliver?
During our early launch phase, we plan to service select ZIP codes throughout the Twin Cities 7-county metro area.
How Are Your Meals Packaged?
Meals are vacuum-sealed in individual frozen portions and packaged in insulated shipping materials designed to keep food frozen during local delivery.
How Should I Store The Food After Delivery?
Meals should be stored frozen until ready to thaw and serve. Once thawed, meals should be refrigerated and used within several days.
How Do I Thaw My Meals?
Remove 1-4 days of dogs food form freezer and transfer into refridgerator the night before use.
How Long Do The Meals Stay Fresh?
Frozen meals are designed for long-term freezer storage, while thawed meals are intended to be consumed within a 1-5 days of refrigeration.

What Happens After I Complete The Dog Quiz?
After completing the quiz, you’ll receive a recommended meal plan and be guided through selecting recipes, delivery preferences, and subscription options.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order within one week of your initial purchase. Based on your selected delivery frequency and zip code you will be assigned a delivery day of the week.
Can I Mix Tail & Tiller With My Dog’s Current Food?
Yes. Many customers choose to transition gradually or combine Tail & Tiller meals alongside their dog’s current diet during the adjustment period.
How Do I Transition My Dog To Fresh Food?
We recommend gradually introducing fresh food over several days to a week by slowly increasing the amount of Tail & Tiller meals while reducing previous food. Exact instructions will be included in your starter kit.

Tail & Tiller was created out of a belief that dogs deserve healthier food and longer lives beside the people who love them. The mission became deeply personal after founder Lucas Sexe returned home from military training and began noticing the effects of aging in his dog, Bo Jack.
